Qualifications:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Familiarity with current menu offerings
  • Ability to manage multiple cooking stations during service
  • Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
  • Preparing sufficient quantities of food to meet service demands
  • Assisting with food preparation for daily operations and special events
  • Safely operating and cleaning kitchen appliances such as fryers and grills
  • Completing daily opening and closing checklists
  • Adhering to all food safety regulations and completing daily logs
  • Supporting additional kitchen tasks as needed
