About The Role
- Provide expert advice to clients regarding wills, trusts, and estate management, including considerations for taxation, asset safeguarding, and succession strategies.
- Prepare, assess, and modify wills, powers of attorney, health care directives, and trust documents.
- Oversee estate administration tasks, including probate submissions, asset distribution, and conflict resolution.
- Work in conjunction with other legal experts, financial consultants, and accountants to deliver holistic estate planning services.
- Engage in promotional and business growth initiatives to expand the firm's Wills and Estates division.
