Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Disinfect Solutions. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our commercial facilities, ensuring that our high standards of cleanliness and safety are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of cleaning staff to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to maintain our high standards.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Establish and maintain work schedules to ensure efficient use of resources and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
  • 3-4 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the cleaning industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and high expectations.
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
