Job Title: Construction Helper

We are seeking a skilled Construction Helper to join our team at Royal Drywall Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation of drywall, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades as required.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assist in framing houses, erecting walls, and building roofs.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials.
  • Perform routine maintenance work.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants.
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites.
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Measure, cut, fit, and install drywall sheets.
Work Environment:

As a Construction Helper, you will work in a fast-paced environment with varying weather conditions. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty conditions.

Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
Language:

English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.

Work Term:

Permanent position.

Hours:

40 hours per week.
