About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team as a Product Marketing Specialist, where you will play a key role in the successful execution of specific Offer marketing plans in Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Portfolio Management: Manage an assigned portfolio of Schneider Electric brands of OEM Controllers, Machine Safety, Power Supply Offers, and Digital solutions.
  2. Product Development: Prepare product development objectives and schedules, work with internal customers to develop product strategies, and perform pricing functions for product lines.
  3. Marketing Initiatives: Develop appropriate presentations, demonstrations, seminars, and training programs that are audience-centric.
  4. Product Life Marketing Plan: Develop, own, implement, and maintain an effective Product Life Marketing Plan, establish a common approach across all product areas, and promote/adopt models of best practice.
Requirements
  1. Education: Electrical Engineering Degree or Business Admin Degree and/or College Electrical/Electronic diploma/degree plus relevant work experience.
  2. Experience: 3 to 5 years' experience with industrial control and automation products (mostly OEM controllers/PLCs).
  3. Marketing Experience: Marketing experience preferred, ideally in the Industrial industry.
  4. Sales and Business Development: Proven Sales/Business Development skills.
  5. Communication Skills: Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
  6. Language Skills: French fluency is a strong asset.
