Job Title: Spa Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team at Pro Nails & SPa. As a key member of our spa operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling and Operations: Schedule work for spa staff, ensuring adequate coverage and efficient use of resources.
  • Client Services: Assist clients with special needs, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Emergency Response: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally to ensure the well-being of clients and staff.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, performing routine maintenance and troubleshooting as needed.
  • Quality Control: Monitor quality and production levels, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit progress reports, requisitioning materials and supplies as needed.
  • Staff Development: Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of spa staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa or related environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
