Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at PJ Atlantic Restaurants (Moncton) Ltd. As a key member of our restaurant operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service counter attendants and food preparers, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Knowledge of culinary genres and menu planning, with a focus on quality and presentation.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
