Mental Health Support Group Facilitator

We are seeking a dedicated individual to facilitate our Mixed Bipolar Support Group, providing a safe and supportive environment for individuals living with mood disorders.

About the Role

As a facilitator, you will plan, guide, and manage in-person peer support groups, working closely with our team to ensure the success of the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitate in-person peer support groups for individuals living with mood disorders
  • Develop and implement group plans, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
  • Work collaboratively with our team to promote the program and engage participants
  • Provide education and advocacy on mental health and wellness
Requirements
  • English language proficiency
  • Lived or working experience with mental health
  • Knowledge of peer support or mental wellness (asset training will be provided)
