Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Clerical Officer. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for providing support in the administration of our Patient Assisted Travel Scheme (PATS) in accordance with our policies and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the PATS team, including data entry, record-keeping, and correspondence.
  • Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements for patients, including booking flights and accommodation.
  • Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, including statistical analysis and data visualization.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
