About the Role
The Learning and Development Specialist is a critical position that supports the organization in achieving its strategic goals through the development and administration of impactful employee-centric learning and development systems, programs, and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute as a key member of the Workday Transformation HR Delivery team by leading the development and implementation of the following functionality:
- Learning – Learning development, delivery, and operations.
- Contribute as a key member of the Workday Transformation Organizational Change Management Delivery team by developing and delivering efficient and effective training programs related to project implementation of HR and Finance functionality.
Requirements:
- A related undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Experience in developing and administering organizational learning systems, programs, and initiatives.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Workday Learning utilization and/or implementation.
- Experience in Brightspace utilization.
