Job Title: Construction Cleaner

Luxe Cleaning & Organizing Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to join our team. As a Construction Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our clients and staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings
  • Perform safety and security checks
  • Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures
  • Work with minimal supervision
  • Clean snow and ice from walkways and parking areas
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Dust furniture
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Clean changing rooms and showers
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
