Job Title: Construction Cleaner

Luxe Cleaning & Organizing Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Cleaner to join our team. As a Construction Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our employees and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs; operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, and debris; empty trash cans and other waste containers; wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings.
  • Safety and Security: Perform safety and security checks; show apartments and offices to prospective tenants; move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies; water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns; provide basic information on facilities; clean changing rooms and showers; sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.
  • Physical Demands: Work under pressure; repetitive tasks; physically demanding; bending, crouching, kneeling; standing for extended periods.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to lift up to 45 kg (100 lbs); ability to work independently.
