About the Role

GARY SANDHU DEVELOPMENT LTD. is seeking a skilled Carpentry Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our carpentry projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of carpentry teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement methods to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of carpenters and apprentices.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities, including material requisition and equipment maintenance.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work outdoors in a fast-paced construction environment.
