Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Michael Kors in Scarborough Town Centre. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive sales growth through effective leadership and customer engagement
- Lead and execute key opening and closing duties and operational tasks
- Foster customer relationships through developing and coaching team on knowledge of current trends, styling, and selling techniques
- Ensure the highest level of customer service standards while exercising leadership and multitasking capabilities with excellence
- Build a client book through establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement
- Drive Omni channel sales by utilizing all available tools and technology
- 3+ years of relevant retail management experience
