Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene and safety standards.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, and flatware.
  • Store cleaned dishes and utensils in designated areas.
  • Assist with food preparation and handling, including receiving, unpacking, and storing supplies.
  • Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment.
  • Handle and store cleaning products and chemicals safely.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a kitchen or food service environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
