The Department of Health and Social Services in Yukon Government provides services and supports for citizens' health and wellness. The Access and Privacy Analyst supports the department in meeting its statutory responsibilities under the Health Information Protection and Management Act (HIPMA) and the Access to Information and Protection of Privacy Act (ATIPPA).
Your Impact
This position will provide advice, direction, and recommendations regarding access to information provisions, disclosure provisions, and supporting the Manager of Access and Information Management in responding to privacy breaches and complaints.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide advice and guidance on access to information and disclosure provisions
- Support the Manager of Access and Information Management in responding to privacy breaches and complaints
