Your Daily Impact
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' physical and cognitive functioning within our clinic setting. This includes job demands analyses, functional capacity evaluations, cognitive abilities evaluations, ergonomic assessments, attendant care needs, and pre-employment screenings.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on your clinical expertise and analysis, ensuring each plan is tailored to the client's unique needs and goals.
  • Educate clients on essential topics such as safe body mechanics, cognitive behavioral strategies, and functional tolerance activities, empowering them to manage their conditions effectively.
  • Support return-to-work programs by providing job coaching, accommodation recommendations, and guidance to facilitate a smooth transition back to the workplace.
  • Utilize electronic charting software to meticulously document treatment sessions and submit comprehensive reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Actively participate in case conferences and case management discussions, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each client.
  • Foster strong relationships with colleagues within your clinic and across Lifemark's network, contributing to a collaborative and supportive work environment.
  • Supervise Occupational Therapy students (as preferred), sharing your knowledge and experience to guide the next generation of therapists.
  • Network with stakeholders to promote Lifemark's Occupational Therapy programs and services within the community.
  • Effectively manage a diverse caseload in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing client needs and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Your Qualifications
  • Registered Occupational Therapist with current licensure in good standing.
  • Demonstrated clinical experience in a variety of settings, including rehabilitation and outpatient care.
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate and client-centered care.
