Project Leader - Indoor Air Quality
Pinchin Ltd. is on the lookout for a Project Leader to enhance their team. In this role, you will oversee client portfolios and provide guidance to your project team. Your primary focus will be on consulting regarding Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) challenges and managing projects associated with moisture intrusion, mold proliferation, and hazardous substances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and nurture relationships with clients
- Draft proposals for mold and IAQ initiatives
- Oversee consulting projects for evaluations and remediation efforts
- Educate and mentor Project Technologists
- Administer project budgets and ensure quality assurance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Science or Applied Science
- 3-5 years of experience in project management
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and readiness to travel
