Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of a college program or equivalent certification in a relevant field (1 to 2 years).
Work Environment

The position is based in a dynamic healthcare setting, which may include hospitals or clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct patient interviews to gather essential medical histories.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations.

  • Maintain an organized filing system for patient records.
