Food Service Supervisor

At Humpty's Big Plate Diner, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and dining areas.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy restaurant.
- Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have what we need to deliver exceptional service.
- Staff Supervision: Lead and train our kitchen and dining staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent service to our customers.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation to ensure our customers have an exceptional dining experience.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on key performance indicators.
- We offer support to newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition to help them integrate into our team.
- We provide mentorship, coaching, and networking opportunities for youth to help them develop their skills and career goals.
