Fleet Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our team at Dufferin Concrete, a leading provider of building materials solutions. As a Fleet Mechanic, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repairs to our fleet of heavy-duty trucks.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy-duty trucks, including engines, hydraulic pumps, and air brake systems.
- Use leading diagnostic technology to identify breakdowns and order required parts.
- Work with the Fleet Supervisor to ensure all vehicles are properly maintained and meet safety standards.
- Hold a 310T Mechanic License or be a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice.
- Have working knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic pumps, and air brake systems.
- Be able to travel to other Dufferin Concrete plants as required.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a safety-first approach are essential for success in this role.
