About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Mechanic to join our team at Dufferin Concrete - A CRH Company. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repairs to our fleet of heavy-duty trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on diesel engines, hydraulic pumps, and air brake systems
  • Use leading diagnostic technology to identify breakdowns and order required parts
  • Work on all systems of the ready mix truck, including engines, hydraulic pumps, motors, and air brake systems
Requirements
  • Hold a 310T Mechanic License or be a 2nd or 3rd year apprentice
  • Strong knowledge of diesel engines, hydraulic pumps, and air brake systems
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel to other Dufferin Concrete plants
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a safety-first approach
