Opportunity for a Pediatrician in Comox Valley

The Vancouver Island Health Authority is seeking a Pediatrician to join the Department of Pediatrics at the North Island Comox Valley Hospital in the oceanfront community of Comox.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Pediatrician to work in a beautiful facility that serves a population of approximately 66,000 people. The hospital is a referral center for some surgical specialties and has a broad range of consultants, including Internal Medicine, Intensive Care, General Surgery, Orthopedic Surgery, Obstetrics and Gynecology, Urology, Psychiatry, Otolaryngology, Radiology, and Family Medicine.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Pediatrician
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Participate in academic and teaching activities
