We are seeking a skilled Transportation Engineer/Technologist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the delivery of road/highway design and transportation planning projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare engineering designs and drawings using computer-aided design tools.
  • Prepare construction contract documents and engineering specifications.
  • Perform transportation engineering analysis and quantification tasks.
  • Complete civil construction project inspections.
  • Coordinate the delivery of transportation projects with internal and external project teams.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology.
  • Eligibility for E.I.T., P.Eng., or C.E.T. designation is an asset.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in roadway design and/or transportation planning.
  • Knowledgeable in transportation engineering principles and design standards.
  • Proficient in computer-aided design programs, including AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
  • Knowledge of traffic modeling software (HCS, Synchro, VISSIM, or EMME/3) is an asset.
  • Civil construction project experience is an asset.
