Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a team of Solutions Architects
  • Develop a customer-centric strategy to enhance the adoption of cloud services with partners
  • Disseminate best practices within the Solutions Architect community
  • Focus on the advancement of automation and processes
  • Oversee the technical strategy aimed at improving customer experience and promoting partner technologies
  • Direct technical strategy in collaboration with product teams
  • Serve as a bridge between partners, clients, and internal stakeholders

Essential Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of experience in enterprise IT applications
  • At least 2 years of practical software development or DevOps engineering experience
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in designing solutions on cloud platforms
  • More than 8 years of experience in technology solutions development
  • Proven experience in leading and expanding teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cloud architecture and migration strategies
