Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to high standards of merchandising and housekeeping
- Operate cash registers with accuracy and efficiency, handling customer transactions and resolving any issues that may arise
- Work co-operatively with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive team environment
- Adhere to company policies and regulations regarding food safety and the sale of age-restricted goods
- Work outside in all weather conditions, as required
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of customers and colleagues
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands and priorities in a fast-paced retail environment
- Commitment to quality and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
- Adaptable, organized, and efficient, with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow
- Appropriate computer skills and technical knowledge, with the ability to learn new systems and processes
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs, as required

Compensation:
