The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and be able to direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, plan and organize daily operations, manage staff and assign duties, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, and resolve issues that may arise.
The Operations Manager will also be responsible for recruiting, hiring and supervising staff and/or volunteers, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Experience in a similar role is an asset, and proficiency in English is required.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week.
