Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our spa, ensuring that all aspects of customer service, quality control, and staff management are met.
Key Responsibilities- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the highest standards of quality in all aspects of spa operations, including treatments, facilities, and customer service.
- Staff Management: Supervise, train, and develop a team of spa therapists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, including responding to customer complaints and feedback.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of spa inventory, including supplies and equipment.
- Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule spa treatments, staff shifts, and other operational activities.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for spa therapists to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a spa or related industry
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 30 to 36 hours per week
- Support for Newcomers and Refugees: Participate in government or community programs that support newcomers and refugees, and assist with their settlement needs.
- Support for Youth: Participate in government or community programs that support youth employment, and offer on-the-job training tailored to youth.
- Support for Indigenous People: Participate in government or community programs that support Indigenous people, and provide cultural competency training to all employees.
