- Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, making informed decisions to drive business success.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure their growth and success.
- Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Combine sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day, with occasional standing for extended periods.
- Exhibit personal qualities such as accuracy, client focus, dependability, excellent oral communication, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
- Have 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations and management principles.
