VP, KYC Technology Delivery Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technology Delivery Executive to lead our KYC Technology capabilities in the US and Canada. As a key member of the AML Remediation Technology leadership team, you will be responsible for building and implementing world-class KYC capabilities that meet the unique needs of our US and Canadian businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the enterprise product strategy and roadmap for KYC, ensuring alignment with business needs and technology capabilities.
- Lead the definition of product capabilities and design, development, and implementation of technology to enable such capabilities.
- Act as the end-to-end Platforms and Technology executive leader for KYC delivery across the US and Canadian lines of businesses.
- Negotiate scope, sequencing, budgets, and schedules with senior stakeholders and establish product roadmaps in the US and Canada.
- Engage with and drive delivery efforts across various CIO teams across Platforms and Technology.
- Ensure solution approach is in alignment with target state product capabilities and technology architecture.
- Identify and engage vendor partners for outsourced efforts and manage vendor relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline.
- Previous experience in leading technology delivery for KYC capabilities, including channel and core system capabilities.
- Experience in product development, including creation and gaining alignment of product roadmaps that serve the needs of multiple lines of businesses.
- Strong technical background with recent hands-on experience in performance engineering, digital security, web application architecture, design, and development.
- Proven ability to evaluate technology options and drive technology selection/decisions, including build vs buy scenarios.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing on product and technology strategies that deliver both near-term results while building for the future.
- Proven ability to successfully lead transformational change that impacts technology, people, and process.
- Strong coach and developer of people with a demonstrated track record in talent management.
- Highly motivated individual with demonstrated outstanding people management, leadership, and coaching skills.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple deadlines and priorities.
- Proven negotiation and influencing abilities, with contract/vendor management experience an asset.
