Lead Quality Engineer - UI Solutions

Overview

We are seeking a Lead Quality Engineer to guide our UI Solutions team and champion quality assurance initiatives. As an integral part of the leadership group, you will collaborate closely with Developers to guarantee superior product quality and automation practices. Your key responsibilities will encompass:

  • Leading and nurturing a team of Quality Engineers
  • Establishing automation, CI/CD, and tooling strategies
  • Promoting process enhancements and innovation in Quality Engineering and CI/CD
  • Assessing and elevating product quality through metrics
  • Expanding the QA team's capabilities through mentorship
  • Ensuring software efficiency and optimal performance

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in testing and automation
  • Familiarity with UI Testing frameworks and CI/CD methodologies
  • Expertise in Java, Cypress, Python, or Groovy
  • Understanding of REST & SOAP APIs
  • Acquaintance with Agile Scrum principles
  • Capability to lead in a dynamic technology environment
  • Strong leadership and teamwork abilities
  • Proactive mindset and initiative
