About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the organization's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Your expertise will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and monitoring compliance frameworks, programs, and tools that balance business needs with best practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance action plans, programs, and solutions to address regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Analyze information, conduct studies, and develop recommendations to improve compliance practices
  • Train internal practitioners, raise awareness, and communicate information about our culture of ethics and compliance
  • Oversee business line activities and represent the organization in various committees and forums
