About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sous Chef to join our team at Aramark Canada Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the preparation and presentation of food, as well as overseeing kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and food preparation
  • Supervise kitchen staff and ensure high-quality food service
  • Train and develop kitchen staff to improve skills and knowledge
  • Manage kitchen inventory and maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
