YOUR ROLE As the part-time Sales Supervisor, you assist the Store Leadership Team by effectively managing strong LOD (Leader on Duty) shifts and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You oversee the daily operations of the store as required. You train, inspire, and recognize associates while demonstrating a passion for achieving outstanding sales results. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES You are passionate about driving sales: As a key LOD (Leader on Duty), you excel at enhancing sales by optimizing Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity and fostering customer loyalty through a premier in-store experience. You support Store Leadership in maximizing business opportunities to achieve KPI results. You are a leader of people: You focus on motivating and inspiring the team through AEO's core values. You are a role-model leader and consistently hold associates accountable to AEO's service standards, particularly on the Salesfloor and in the Fitting Room. You have a passion for training: You take pride in mentoring and developing associates to ensure they continue to deliver exceptional service and uphold a Guest First culture. You understand that teamwork is essential: You challenge Sales and Stock Associates with clear, achievable goals and consistently provide ongoing performance feedback through real-time coaching. You inspire associates and enhance engagement by celebrating exceptional performance. You are a visual and operational innovator: You excel at executing and innovating daily visual and operational procedures, including shipment processing, merchandising adjustments, and visual standards. Most importantly, you ensure the Fitting Rooms are always guest-ready and meet AEO Brand Standards. Integrity is paramount: You ensure that store safety standards are upheld, are committed to Asset Protection standards, adhere to AEO's policies and procedures, and consistently do the right thing.
