About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Framer-Carpenter to join our team at s.s.w construction Ltd. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of workmanship in the construction of buildings and other structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts and designs in accordance with building codes and regulations.
  • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join various materials, including wood, wood substitutes, and steel.
  • Build foundations, install floor beams, lay subflooring, and erect walls and roof systems.
  • Fabricate and install windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
  • Schedule and coordinate work on construction sites.
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the construction industry.
Work Environment

This is a physically demanding role that requires working in a fast-paced construction environment. You will be required to work at heights, lift heavy loads, and work in a variety of weather conditions.
