Operations Supervisor

Bestcare Building Maintenance is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient maintenance of our buildings.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise a team of maintenance workers to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management on maintenance activities, equipment performance, and any issues that may arise.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to staff to improve productivity and product quality.
- Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members, reviewing their progress and providing feedback.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be carried out as needed.
- Coordinate activities with other departments and work units to ensure seamless operations.
- Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Flexibility and reliability.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
