Operations Supervisor

Bestcare Building Maintenance is seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facilities, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and providing technical guidance to our team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Train and supervise a team of 3-4 employees to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis.
- Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired in a timely manner.
- Resolve work-related problems and provide technical advice to team members.
- Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members.
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed.
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Establish work schedules and procedures.
- Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.
- Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word.
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, attention to detail.
- Personal suitability: Efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, team player.
Bestcare Building Maintenance is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires strong organizational and communication skills. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be working in a team-oriented environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
What We Offer:- Permanent full-time position.
