Requirements:
- Red Seal Journeyman's Cook Certificate or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of related culinary experience, including 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Proven track record of maintaining high standards of productivity, efficiency, and growth in the culinary arts and hospitality industry.
- Catering and event experience is required.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business demands.
