Liquor Store Operations Manager

The Beverage Retail Supervisor at Countryside-12 Liquor plays a crucial role in overseeing daily operations within the store. This position requires a blend of leadership, organizational skills, and customer service expertise.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Assign duties to sales personnel and supervise their activities to ensure optimal performance.
- Inventory Control: Organize and maintain stock levels, ensuring that merchandise is readily available for customers.
- Sales Operations: Authorize merchandise returns and handle cash management efficiently.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
- Customer Relations: Address customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, inventory status, and personnel matters.
Education: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
Experience: Candidates should have between 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience in a retail environment.
