We are seeking a highly skilled Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Countryside-12 Liquor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights to inform business decisions.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, authorize returns, and manage cash handling procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or liquor store environment.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in inventory management and customer service.
