The Head of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) is responsible for directing the execution of Citigroup's Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) along with enterprise-wide risk management initiatives and protocols. Key responsibilities include:

The Head of ERM reports directly to the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) of Citigroup and is tasked with managing ERM governance forums, overseeing committee performance, and additional responsibilities. Required qualifications include:
- Experience: 6-10 years in Risk Management.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with regulatory standards for ERM governance.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree in finance or business is preferred.
