We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Specialist to join our team at DYNAMONT BOOKKEEPING & FINANCIAL SERVICES. As a key member of our accounting team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing financial statements, and performing various bookkeeping tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Bookkeeping Tasks: Perform various bookkeeping tasks, including reconciliations, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in using accounting software, including Tally ERP, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
- Language: Fluency in Hindi, Urdu, and Punjabi.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
Our company offers a hybrid work environment with 35 hours of work per week. We provide parking and a permanent employment opportunity.
