About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Collections Specialist to join our team at CB Canada. As a key member of our Accounting department, you will be responsible for handling the administrative and clerical needs of the AR/Collections Department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and maintain customer information
  • Produce and send invoices to clients
  • Process and allocate payments from customers
  • Input and process journal entries
  • Assist with month-end close and reconciliation of accounts
  • Monitor customer accounts for delayed payments
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting, Business, Commerce, or related field
  • At least two years of experience in an A/R role
  • Strong skills in MS Excel and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
