Located in Red Deer, this facility is a key part of our network, providing top-notch maintenance services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the service center, ensuring seamless execution of maintenance services
- Lead a team of maintenance professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance processes and improve efficiency
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
