Job Title: Cleaning Supervisor

So Clean House Detailing is seeking a skilled Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our cleaning team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure compliance with our cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Recommend and arrange for additional services as needed, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs and assist cleaners in performing their duties.
  • Coordinate work activities with other departments and establish work schedules to ensure seamless operations.
Work Environment:

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and wear steel-toed safety boots and gloves.

Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
