We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Inverary Manor. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices and industry developments.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
- Experience in a long-term care setting, with a focus on gerontology and palliative care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
