Position Overview:

We are seeking an Environmental Project Team Supervisor to become a vital part of our organization at EXP. As a key member of our skilled and diverse workforce, you will engage in pioneering solutions that address the challenges facing both built and natural environments. The successful candidate will possess over a decade of experience in project oversight, environmental evaluations, and consultancy services. This position entails offering guidance, mentorship, and operational assistance to junior team members, overseeing project financials and timelines, and fostering robust client partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee a group of environmental specialists.
  • Deliver Qualified Person services for earthworks initiatives.
  • Administer technical, scheduling, and budgetary components of projects.
  • Design and manage the upkeep of remediation systems.
  • Evaluate and compile documentation for stakeholders.
  • Engage in technical societies and professional programs.

Qualifications:

  • More than 10 years of experience in site remediation and/or environmental evaluations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, Hydrogeology, or Geology.
  • Strong technical expertise in environmental assessments and remediation planning.
  • Familiarity with federal and provincial regulations regarding contaminated site evaluations.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in French is considered an advantage.
