About the Team & Business Line:

We invest heavily in technology development, security, and infrastructure to ensure our clients receive award-winning products that underpin our commitment to service excellence.

Your Role:

As a key member of our Virtual Desktop Infrastructure team, you will work closely with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain seamless access to their critical information assets while staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain Windows 10 VDI images
  • Maintain VMware Horizon solution on cloud and on-prem
  • Support Azure Virtual Desktop solutions
  • Package applications into AppStacks
  • Provide L3 support for Windows 10 non-persistent/floating VDI and multi-session desktops
  • Monitor VDI infrastructure via VMware and in-house tools
  • Respond to and comply with escalation policies and procedures
  • Participate in weekend on-call schedule
