About the Role

Cobra Rebar Services Ltd is seeking a skilled Rebar Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for installing reinforcing steel in concrete structures, ensuring the highest quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Erect and install scaffolding, falsework, and other working platforms to facilitate safe and efficient steel installation.
  • Signal crane operators to position units according to blueprints and specifications.
  • Align, weld, or bolt units in place to ensure precise fit and structural integrity.
  • Position and secure steel bars or metal mesh in concrete forms to reinforce concrete structures.
  • Unload and position steel units for hoisting and installation.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installation.
Requirements
  • Working at heights training and WHMIS Certificate.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in confined spaces.
  • Manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Dependability, organized, and reliability.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
