Linamar Corporation is seeking a highly skilled ERP Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing complex IT ERP projects to meet organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Oversee and provide guidance to project teams, including junior, intermediate, and senior business analysts and application administrators.
- Manage relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and business units.
- Perform complex business analysis work, including workflow analysis, business information standards, and models.
- Define project scope and objectives, and prepare detailed specifications for business applications.
- Collaborate with QA teams to coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews.
- Provide orientation and training to end-users for modified and new systems.
- Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Information Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- PMI PMP Certification is preferred.
- Minimum five years of previous related experience.
- Knowledge of business applications such as IFS and other ERP systems.
